Used and dirty

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. These YSL sunglasses arrived in unacceptable condition—clearly used and not properly sanitized. There was visible dirt on the glass and sweat residue on the nose pegs, which is honestly disgusting and unhygienic. For a luxury brand, I expected much higher standards of quality control and cleanliness. This feels careless and disrespectful to customers, especially considering the $600 price point. I will be returning.
