Product is great. Service is awful

I bought this item and it upon receipt it was a beautiful bag that was horribly packaged. The item was just placed in a carton box without careful packaging to ensure that the item would not be damaged. The over $3000 bag did not come with the Saint Laurent box that you can get at the boutique store itself. I should have just gone to the Saint Laurent store to by the bag and receive the service I am paying for.
