never got item but paid $3200

Bloomingdale’s told me that I had to pursue a claim with fed ex since fed ex said they delivered the purse. fed ex needs a signed “shipper bailer” from Bloomingdale’s to pursue the claim with me. Bloomingdale’s has failed to provide me this their associates have caused me to call 7 times they don’t know what this form is. Asked for a manager twice and was on hold for over one hour each time. DONT ORDER ANYTHING ON LINE OR YOU COULD BE OUT $3200. BLOOMINGDALES IS INEPT

Sadly, not for me

I was so looking forward to making this bag work. But the small strap doesn’t feel long enough to wear in the crook of your elbow, and the long strap is too short to be a cross body. It is also a little too wide to carry it that way as well. I also have a problem with protection of my belongings. They would be quite exposed in this bag. Sadly, I am sending it back and continue on my quest for the perfect designer Raffia Crossbody bag!
