Cute dress but Oversized

I am a Loyalist with Bloomingdale's and shop online often. I bought this dress from Bloomingdale's through PayPal. When it arrived I tried it on and it is very wrinkled but I liked the dress, when I put it on it was too large. I would have preferred a size smaller and it was still available to purchase! However in my package that arrived with the dress there was no receipt or return information. However, through my PayPal transactions I was able to locate a purchase for this dress and it said for further questions email customerservice@macys.com. I forwarded the receipt from PayPal of this transaction and asked if they could send me a return form and shipping label to return. 3 days go by and no response of acknowledgement of receiving the request.....so I reforward it and politely asked again if they could send me the return form and shipping label. Now 2 more days later and no response. I really love this dress and just want it in a smaller size! Why is their customer service so unresponsive??
