Beautiful dress missing belt

This dress is beautiful and I was so looking forward to wearing it. However, it arrived without the belt. And it was the last one. I may keep it and use my own belt, however, Bloomingdale’s need to improve their quality control before shipping. I will be calling customer service and may be asking for an additional discount.
