Hmm

The fabric is rough, scratchy, rigid, somewhat see through polyester that could work for a flag, maybe. Not sure how it was deemed garment grade. And colors are more dull and faded looking in person. The disproportionately long torso is another thing. I’m puzzled how this was priced as is.

Multi-taking dress, great for 3 seasons.

Good quality as you would expect from Reiss, great dress to wear spring, summer and fall. Took away 1-star because the side zip also has an awkward button that is challenging to loop open & closed, would have been better without the button. Also note, the skirt portion sits at hip, look close, belt is above seam, making hip portion a bit wider than necessary.
