Love the bag! Shipping was unacceptable

In need of a fashionable tote with a lot of space, I came across this bag online. I was even more please that it was on sale. It arrived pretty quickly, but there was one big problem. The tote was shipped in a large plastic bag, no sales ticket was on the bag, and the bag didn't have tissue paper to keep the bag's shape. Usually, this type of bag comes with a storage bag; this did not. I was going to re-order it to see if I'd get a fresh bag, but didn't. I love the bag. It is large, has a zipper, the leather is shiny and the silver chain is nice. Its fabulous. However, quality review was clearly missing before it was shipped. 3 stars because of shipping.

Big and very shiny

This bag is big and awkward it is not a medium tote - it is large. The leather is nice but it is very sparkly - I was looking for something more professional.
