Not cut for shorter people like myself

I really like this dress but I'm 5'2" and small-busted. I tried a size small but it's too long in the torso for me and roomy in the bust, and I don't want to spend additional money getting it altered.

RAILS LITTLE WHITE DENIM DRESS

Loved this dress from the minute I saw it - had to have it since this is the season for denim. However, do not pay attention to size guidelines when it states - "order usual size". It fits very skimpy. Usually, size small -returning for a medium. SIZE UP!
