great product but an ordering mishap

Great product that we've purchased several times at other retailers. But zero stars for the mess created by ordering it from Bloomingdale's. We've always found Bloomingdale's reliable for online orders but this time we were variously notified that it had shipped/that it was lost in transit/ backordered/never sent. We were charged even though the order was never fulfilled, and it took over a month and several phone calls before Bloomingdale's issued a refund.
