Best pan for roasted chicken
I’ve roasted a lot of chickens over the years but they’ve never turned out as tender and juicy as they do with this roasting pan.

My roasting pan
This is an incredible roasting pan. The craftsmanship is top of the line, and you will have this pan for your life. It is an amazing look. The accessory roasting rack comes with the rack that fits in there perfectly. I really like the Hestan quality and plan on buying more.

Looks and performs great
I purchased this pan because my old one had peeling teflon and I needed to roast 6 racks of lamb for Easter dinner. The pan performed wonderfully, but it was (barely) too small so I used a large skillet for 2 racks and did 4 in the Hestan. The Hestan roaster browned the racks beautifully and I can’t wait to use it for a large rib roast. I wish it was 2” longer though.

Good Quality Large Roasting Pan
Bought this to replace a non-stick roasting pan. Easier to clean because you can see the food residue better than with the dark gray non-stick pan. Either way you're looking at 10 minutes to hand wash it.

Roaster
It's terrific, even heat, no splatter! I also purchased the oval roasters, medium and large. The heating/ cooking is so EVEN. O am very happy @ my investment in these pans!
