Love everything but the handle

I tested 12" frying pans from several high end manufacturers. Only two, including Hestan did not warp and had very good heat distribution. My only complaint about Hestan is the handle. Although it looks beautiful, it's not very comfortable. Although it's not the worst offender, it could really be designed more ergonomically. It should not be flat, as that makes it cut into the hand.

A worthy investment.

It’s the most beautiful yet most efficient pan I have ever purchased. The purchase was definitely a risk for me as I have never invested this much on cookware, but the first thing I did was cook guanciale starting with a cold pan. It cooked so quick and rendered so perfectly. I will definitely be purchasing from this collection again. Every use from there on showed how much Hestan’s products’ functionality and craftsmanship make for a worthy investment.

Professional Clad Skillets

High Quality and Beautiful

High quality and beautiful cookware. I have several pieces and enjoy cooking with them all. The flushed rivets were a deal breaker for me that is I only by cookware that has this feature. The weight of the pots and pan are perfect for me as they are not too heavy but the right amount of weight and are well balanced. The stainless steel construction and design make for great products that are a pleasure to use.
