Appalling Vendor Customer Service

The item was shipped directly by Rebag and arrived damaged due to poor packing practices. When I reached out to them to find a solution they were unhelpful. I will not be purchasing an item from them again and am surprised Bloomingdale's, who I find to provide excellent customer service, would align themselves with such an unreliable vendor.
