Not what I thought I was getting

I was so excited for this purchase on Rebag Via Bloomingdale. But I thought I was buying the thicker chain that currently retails for 9,500 on Cartier. Turns out it was the thinner version. It is very confusing to me how this can be priced higher than what it would cost me to buy this brand new directly from Cartier.
