Never delivered

Ordered this beautiful vest but it was stuck with UPS for 5 days as “processing.” Never received it, and I had to wait until five days later to initiate an exchange and the item is no longer available. The customer service was responsive and courteous, but this is my first time purchasing online from Bloomingdale’s and I won’t do it again.
