Not made well

Returned this, this was snagged before it came out of the bag and continued to do so.

Not as advertised

The product advertised is very deceptive. The is no embroidered bear on the robe. It’s just a white terry cloth Polo. So, even on sale it’s over priced. Shame on Bloomingdale’s!

Luxurious but snags too easily.

This is without a doubt, the most luxurious bathrobe I have ever put on! However, it snags so easily that within the first month of wear it already looks like pretty raggy. It’s really disappointing! I’ve not had this problem with other terry-style robes. Very sad about that! But it certainly has a wonderful lush feel to it and while it doesn’t look fabulous anymore, it still feels fabulous to wear.
