Damaged?

I took bandana out of package and crystals immediately started to fall off. Unfortunately I love it so I am reinforcing every crystal sewing by hand. I’m wondering was it bad luck or bad product? Didn’t return cause it said only a few left. Literally hours of sewing. I hate you Pinko
