Poor service, inattentive sales person.

An impulse gift, I decided to return it with receipt and tags. The sales person, chatting with her associates, was a perturbed by my asking to return the shirt. Then she looks at it and says, “we won’t take this back”, then turns back talking to her friends. I have shopped at Bloomingdales for many years, but I suppose like all retailers, they have to hire whoever they can.
