Petite Plume silk pjs falling apart after 2 months

I bought these $295 pair of pajamas in December and 2 months later they are falling apart. They have developed threadbare patches and seams are pulling out. Bloomingdale's has offered a $25 refund. It is terrible that this large department store sells shoddy items and doesn't replace them or refund the full purchase price.
