Never shopping at Bloomingdale’s again

I ordered a dress as a surprise for my daughter on March 23rd, and it still hasn’t arrived. I initially contacted Bloomingdale’s when I noticed there was no tracking movement, and was told to wait until April 11th. After no update or delivery, I reached out again to let them know I still wanted the item—only to be told that they couldn’t help and that a refund would have to be requested from a third-party seller. I wouldn’t even be notified of the outcome. They told me the seller would reach out within five days. That never happened. I still don’t have the dress, haven’t heard from the seller, and Bloomingdale’s is now saying there’s nothing they can do. This was a truly disappointing experience, and I will not be purchasing from Bloomingdale’s again. I strongly recommend others proceed with caution, especially when third-party vendors are involved.
