Beautiful Quality Baking Sheet

This is a gorgeous smaller sized baking pan that I purchased to replace a Nordic brand that I had that was cheap and peeling a toxic layer. I love this size and the fact it is stainless. I use this a lot to make dinner and can't wait to have it for a long time.

Lovely Product

Beautiful product that shines and cooks beautifully. I had old aluminum pans which were impossible to keep clean and shiny. These stainless steel beauties are a pleasure to use. By all means get them if you can afford the luxuryQ

I replaced two old quarter

I replaced two old quarter sheet pans I previously used with two Hestan quarter sheet pans. I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the difference in quality. The temperature control and consistency of baked goods is beyond my expectations. The pans have a good weight to them, are free from rolled edges, seams, or anything that can trap residue, and clean up beautifully. I use them almost every day.

High quality, wrong size

I could tell the quarter shape was very high-quality. Unfortunately, I returned it. I purchased it to use in my toaster oven and the decorative handles made that impossible.

Excellent quality and performance!

Excellent quality quarter sheet pan. You can heat, reheat and roast on it. It’s perfect for two servings. My husband and I are done replacing our quarter sheet pans that we used to buy at other cooking supply stores.

Absolutely first rate

My first Hestan cookware purchase, extremely well made, well designed (I'm thinking of the handles, a design touch not often included in lesser sheet pans), functional (many sheet pans don't hold up to the temperature range of the Hestan pans), my wife and I have used them a dozen times already and are not just satisfied but thrilled!
