Peel okay, but not necessary to purchase Ooni

This pizza peel is okay and performs as expected, however the oven itself is a bust so it hardly seems necessary to buy the Ooni Pizza Peel which is more expensive than other peels out there.

Recommended

I've debated upgrading to a perforated peel for a while, and finally took the plunge! It's so much better for launching, really pleased with it. Like all Ooni products, it's really well made and great quality.

works perfectly

I was concerned that the dough might stick, but the surface is miraculously non-sticky! I am super happy with it! My family call me Luigi the pizza man :-)

Helpfu peel

This peel is nice if you use a lot of flour to avoid sticking. I got the smaller size which is a nice compliment to my bigger peel without perforations.

These make the whole process so much easier. I bought one initially; however, I then ordered a second to ensure a continuous relay of pizzas could be achieved.
