Sehr gute Produkte. Die Haut fühlt sich wunderbar an. Nur die Verpackung. Am Anfang dachte ich, daß die einzelnen Sachets eine gute Idee sind. Mittlerweile ist mir das zu aufwendig. Sie lassen sich schwer öffnen. Beim mitgelieferten Öffner ist ein Teil herausgebrochen. Auf meine Anfrage mir ein Rücksendeetikett für die leeren Sachets zuzusenden, kam nie eine Antwort. Auch die Boxen für die Aufbewahrung nehmen viel Platz weg. Ich denke, das diese Einzelverpackung sehr viel Geld kostet und sich deshalb auch auf den Preis niederschlägt. Schade.

Cleaning balm

It’s okay. I hesitate to complain about the dual packaging. I know the design is best for the environment but I find it a bit icky and messy. Product is good but my skin doesn’t honestly feel as clean as I would like after use.

New favourite cleansing balm & refiner

Love the cleansing balm & exfoliating refiner. The balm has a wonderful soft texture & cleanses beautifully. My skin is quite sensitive so I was a little worried about using the toner everyday but it works very well, with no irritation to my skin and now I can’t be without either of these.

Best cleanser I have ever used. Feels as if Ii spent the day at a spa. Can never go back to my old cleansers. Leaves my skin feeling soothed, refreshed and obviously clean.

I love it is the best cleansing Balm I ever tried . It leaves your skin clean , fresh, WHITHOUT stripping. I also love the exfoliating Refiner.It closes your pores and very sothing. I have very sensitive skin. So I’m extremely happy with all the products.
