Definitely NOT TWO Airfryers
It's advertised as TWO airfryers. It is definitely NOT. It is one airfryer with two baskets. If you use 1 basket and cook Y amount of chicken it takes X time. Then when you cook using TWO baskets with total Y chicken in each basket, it take 2X time. That's as good as ONE airfryer if you ask me. Poorly worded marketing made me believe it would run two baskets in X time.

Save your money!
I was so excited to buy this… i am terribly disappointed. It takes forever to cook anything, the holes for venting in the back of the basket make it a mess! Crumbs, oil, and juice fly out the back… truly that’s enough to hate it but there’s more… if you leave a basket open or have to open it to take food out it completely kills the heat in the other basket… the space you save on your counter is taken by how far you have to place things to avoid the heat coming out the side instead of the back. Wish I could return or exchange! Only was offered a small discount on a different one.

Missing Replacement Part Ruins a Great Product
I really wanted to love the Ninja Double Stack Air Fryer SL451. It’s compact, powerful, and comes with a smart thermometer feature that was the main reason I bought it. Unfortunately, I lost the thermometer—and that’s when the problems started. Ninja does not sell a replacement thermometer for this model. That means if you lose it (or it stops working), the feature becomes useless, and you’re stuck with a pricey air fryer that no longer does what it promised. Other Ninja products offer replacement thermometers, so it’s baffling that this one doesn’t. I reached out to support but there’s currently no solution. This is really disappointing and something buyers should know in advance. The product works fine otherwise, but without the thermometer, it loses one of its core selling points. At this price, that shouldn’t happen.

Does not stack up in my book.
This is the first time I officially have to say I am not happy with a ninja product. I bought this because I thought it would be a great space saver in my kitchen considering I don't have a lot of counter space. And I was super excited because I would be able to cook chicken wings in it all at one time instead of having to do batches of 8 to 10 at a time. When I first received it I noticed that it takes longer for stuff to cook in it and things don't really get crispy. I like my chicken wings a little bit on the crispy side when it comes to the skin and I can't get them like that with this. It takes me twice as long to cook items in it that I would normally cook in another air fryer in 5 to 6 minutes. When you pull the baskets out The machine keeps running you have to actually pause it which was not something I had to do with my previous air fryer. When I just want to heat things up it takes even longer then what it should. I think the idea of this is really great but having both baskets connected is not fun as I was wanting to do broiling to crisp up my wings a little bit and I can only broil in one and not both of them at the same time. If you're one of those people that love to make the mac and cheese in your air fryer you cannot do it in this one. I did find them easy to clean which was great All the food comes right off when you put the things in the sink and wash them. But this is a two-part system that runs together and it just doesn't cook the way a regular air fryer does that doesn't share the same cooking elements. I'm an avid Ninja user probably 90% of the appliances in my house are from Ninja all the way from my air fryer to the Ninja Swirl we just bought. But this one just doesn't cut it for me, I wish I could return it but I believe I've had it too long at this point.

The Ninja Double Stack Smart Air Fryer is easy to
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Ninja Double Stack Smart air fryer as a promotion for my honest opinion of the product. This is a beast of a machine! The Ninja Double Stack Smart Air Fryer does everything an oven does except better with more options. There's 6 settings including a dehydrator to make homemade fruit roll ups and full meals. The food is so much better than from a greasy frying pan and cleans up very easy! I recommend this product from a single person all the way to a family. I tried to attach photos of the food I cooked but they would not upload.

Space and time saver!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ninja Doublestack is the perfect space and time saver! From an easy lunch of nuggets and fries to extra juicy pork tenderloin medallions,baby broccoli and roasted potatoes! We have had so much fun using this at least 4 times a week in our house. The recipes are literally limitless. And it’s LARGE so you can cook the whole meal. The controls are modern and the temperature control allows you to cook that meat and veggies at the same time. There is actually the option to sync the top and bottom to cook at different times because we know a pork tenderloin or chicken breast cook time is different from veggies and potato’s. We love it!! 19/10
