Make great smoothies

I have now bought two of these and I’m so impressed with them. I love them. I enjoy making smoothies in them. They are so handy and when I’ve made my smoothy I can take the bottom off and put the non motor bottom on and can carry it with me wherever I go. It’s just so handy. It has a good battery life and doesn’t take long to recharge. The blades give a consistently good smoothy. The body of the machine and the motor when screwed together have a good seal so there are no leakages. An excellent product that I would definitely recommend. I would not be without mine as I use them every morning.

Well I'm now on my thIrd replacement. The first one stopped fuctioning do to a stuck overload signal flashin from purple to orange with nothing obstructing the blades. They sen me a second one. This time there was somekind of communication error inndicating a full charge (solid green light) when it had no charge. I am now on my third one only six months since I originally ordered the first.

USB melted

I threw out a competitor blender because of fire safety issues due to the battery. I received one of these Ninja Blast's as a gift after using one at work and raving about it. My expectations were great since I've owned several Ninja and Shark products, but this one fell short. I plugged the unit in and about a half hour later began to smell plastic burning. After searching the kitchen, I unfortunately discovered that it was my Ninja Blast. The USB cable was completely melted into the unit and the unit was super hot itself. This is a true concern for this company to look into.

Fire Hazard

Purchased a ninja blast in the lemon meringue color a few months ago and absolutely loved it I used it daily. The light on it turned yellow so I plugged it in to charge.... I have left this blender on the charging cable overnight without an issue but a half hour into charging. I noticed something really smelling in the house. I walked into the kitchen realizing was coming from there and found the USB cord completely melted into the unit. If I had not stayed up late I could have caught my house on fire. So I'm not very happy.

Not airport (TSA) portable.

Portable? Yes. TSA safe? No. Can’t be checked dues to lithium battery and TSA won’t allow in carry on due to blades. SEATAC TSA confiscated ours at security.
