Great jacket, disappointing service
This is a great jacket. Neutral, flattering, goes with everything, and warm. I also bought jeans and a blouse totaling $475 before a gift card. As a long time loyalist, I was very disappointed in the service. No one helped me put my outfit together. The one person in jeans basically pointed to them and said they were high rise. I had planned to use a promo that said $50 off a single $200 purchase. The women at the register told me I had to have one piece worth $200. Well, this jacket said $198, so they said I could only get the $50 if I picked out something for $2 more. As a long time loyalist and customer, I thought someone should have made that $2 possible. The promo was unclear and I got no help.
