Milk Frother Does not work
The milk frother does not work well. Have to clean each use now I cannot get it to clean or work at all.

Full of design flaws.
This is my second nespresso machine. I have a latissima Pro Original pod machine that is still amazing and better than this piece of beautiful garbage in every way. I needed something for my office and got this. Every negative review you read about issues is accurate. It leaks and the milk wand will not work about once a week. The leak is a design flaw, not a defect. There is a nozzle under the machine that seems to be for a pressure release or overflow function. It points into the back of the incredibly shallow tray. The position of the nozzle and the design of the back of the tray causes water to wick over the back lip of the tray and all over your counter. Draining the tray after each coffee made sometimes prevents the wicking, but not every time. My first career was engineering; Breville needs new ones...this would have been an easy problem to catch and solve. The milk wand sometimes randomly stops working. Sometimes thoroughly cleaning it and running a cleaning cycle works, other times you have to unplug the machine and do a hard reset. I hate this thing and wish I had never bought it.

This is one of the greatest inventions ever. I use this every morning with my husband. The speed it makes the espresso at is super fast, and the quality of the beans stay perfect. It’s easy to clean, they have a manual. This lasts for a long long time as long as you take care of it, and I find the design aesthetic and cute!

Quick, easy and fun!
I bought this a month ago to replace a broken Keurig and we LOVE this so much. We have so much trying new flavors and making fun drinks. Its so easy to use and quick.

Good coffee,BUT !!!!
I have replaced this machine twice in the space of 8 months. The third machine went in for repair after 7 months of being replaced. Makes very good coffee, it’s that it will more than likely break down again hopefully before the warranty expires.

I start my day with a smooth black coffee, and on weekends I love making lattes with the steam wand—it froths the milk so well, it feels like I’m treating myself to a coffee shop drink without leaving the house.The best part? It’s super easy to use, even the steam pipe. I’m no barista, but I’ve actually started trying a little latte art (and honestly, it’s pretty fun). Good coffee pods machine
Simply amazing coffee pods coffee. Easy to make it and milk done itself with the machine. The design is excellent and it fits elsewhere nicely. Noise level about average as it is a little loud while doing the coffee. Make sure, you put something down to sit in the coffee machine. Cleaning was a little a headache as videos are very short. The decision - worth money if coffee pods are not a problem, you have some experience with cleaning coffee machines. 8/10
