Product is great, everything else was not.

Love this necklace. I chose to order through Bloomingdale’s and not another department store because this necklace specifically said it would arrive by Mother’s Day. When I was checking out, I find out that for “insiders” it would arrive (this was the Tuesday before Mother’s Day). Okay, fine… I paid an extra $11 to have it arrive in 2-3 business days. That’s not what happened. The gift arrived the day after Mother’s Day, which was so embarrassing. My mom opened her gift on FaceTime, and when she opened the box, I was mortified. The necklace chain was knotted up and she, with her bad eyesight and arthritic hands, had to spend 15 minutes untangling this neclkace. Honestly, this will probably by my last purchase with Bloomingdale’s. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the haphazard shipping of jewelry.
