very very uncomfortable. I wanted to return it but was told by your service to put cotton pads to block at. At that price it is not acceptable. i am very upset with your service

Ok

I’ve only used the device twice so far. Find the mask rather uncomfortable especially around the nose area it leaves marks

It no longer works

I’ve had this mask for about a year & have used it intermittently. Just started to use it again after a break of a few months & it has stopped working. Considering the price, I think it should have lasted a lot longer. Not happy.

Broken after a few months

I was using the face mask as instructed 4x per week and the power cord began to fail after a few months. Definitely not worth the money, due to its durability. Would continue to use if the mask was working, but not a safe investment.

Great but heavy on the face

The mask is great and effective. I did a lot of research. Downside is that it is very heavy on the face and leaves marks under my eyes. That’s not great for regular use. Such a shame as it is expensive so comfort should be part of the testing process.
