Was no a pleated dress

The skirt came completely flat, without the pleating. Doesn’t look any good, or flattering. Looks cheap this way. Without the pleated skirt it doesn’t have any charm. A complete disappointment, because I ordered it overseas, now it’s pretty hard to return.

This is a very flattering and lovely pale yellow dress that works for anyone who may prefer to wear a strapless bra with their sundress. The pleating is flattering and does not add volume around the hip area either. Very versatile.
