Disappointed/Horrible packaging

The necklace itself looks cute, even in a tangled mess. Giving it a one star for the packaging and inconvenience. It is all tangled up and so dainty i'm afraid it'll break. I bought this as a gift for a gathering tomorrow now i have to gift something else if i cant get it undone. Ive ordered way cheaper jewelry from Etsy that has been packaged way better. Do better Bloomingdales!

Cute but too delicate

After I returned it - the replacement broke. chain was tangled easily. Great charm - but needs a different chain.

Broke after 3 weeks

This is a VERY delicate piece. When it arrived it was extremely tangled up, took two days to untangle. When I first went to try it on the extension piece was fell off. I was nervous the necklace would not last so I was extra careful with wearing it because I loved it so much. As careful as I was it simply fell off my neck and I can’t even fix it. Would not recommend as it will not last.

Tiny beautiful!

Been eyeing this necklace for quite sometime. Finally bought it & was happy with my purchase. Although chain is very delicate & easy to get tangled, It is very pretty!
