Adorable. Slightly big around the waist.

Length is good. It's cute on. The drawstring doesn't pull enough to make it tight enough on the waist though and this is the smallest size they make. They should make a size for smaller or younger babies or give their smallest size the slack with the string to pull it tighter. The draw string is incredibly short! It fits around the waist if he doesn't move, but there is enough space that when he moves it sags/falls, which is not good for the pool.
