Loved the fabric, quality and color

I loved the fabric and style.. but ran very small had to exchange for the larger size… which was not huge!

Why is this so small

Agree with previous reviewer - runs at least 1 size too small and it is really pretty. I'm thinking about re-ordering in a larger size.
