Best option for hand-knotted rugs

If you have hand-knotted rugs and are looking for an option to a "rug beater," this is the best vacuum cleaner for the job. The head has brushes for cleaning hardwood floors, and these retract to provide pure suction for cleaning rugs.

terrible experience

The vacuum is not for carpets. I was excited when I got the vacuum delivery. easy to assemble, but it doesn't work well on carpet. I decided to return the item. Bloomingdale received the item but it took 20 days to get the refund because their system failed to register the return. I am disappointed
