They tried giving me a 800$ bag when paying 1300$

Recieved wrong bag when picking up my online order. I ordered mens and received a womans back pack. Only to get told I couldn’t exchange it or trade it for the one I want that was at the store’s location. Also the bag they tried giving me was an 800$ bag when i paid 1400$
