I've had this pillow for a week now I love it

Great pillow, i've had this pillow for just over a week and I absolutely know love it. I'm considering buying a second pillow. It's like sleeping on a cloud and I sleep like a baby. I'm very picky with my pillows and this one replaced one that I had that was made with Hungarian goose down. I didn't want to let the old one go, but it was time. I did a lot of research and selected this chamber pillow and king size and I couldn't be happier

Great down pillows

This is the fourth pillow That I bought and I’m very satisfied. I have it in soft and medium and now I have medium with three chambers which is firmer than the regular medium. I like them all very much.

Very soft. Firm is not a firm.

No support. Too soft even on the firm. You can find something at Macy’s or Boll and Branch for not even a fraction of how much this cost. Lady at bedding was super rude to me when I had to return this and raised a concern about the pillow. She was two faced to me. Well sorry for the inferior quality. Matouk as a brand is soft all round. Heck you’re better off buying from Bloomingdale’s brand of down pillows.
