Do not buy this dress as it will fade irregularly

I purchased this dress and it is just lovely and very comfortable. Wore it a few times and then hand-washed and the color fades---now the dress has streaks of white and a big white blotch and it is unwearable. Yes, it says natural dyes, but while small variations in color and flecks of white might be acceptable, blotches and streaks are not. Bloomingdale's won't return or exchange outside of 30 days.

Lost item - always poor delivery

I’ve given up on Bloomingdales online. Whenever I order, the item claims to be wicefd but it isn’t. They won’t given me any courtesy discount either. I’ve even received used jeans and two left shoes in boxes in the past. Shop elsewhere for guaranteed product delivery
