Upset not getting this dress!

I ordered this dress 3 times and I received confirmation telling me they were sending my dress. I had money pending 3 different times. I would have liked this dress but my dissatisfaction with Bloomingdales and confirming holding up my account with pending charges made me upset with the way it was handled.
