Great work bag

I have been looking for a tote work bag that looks aesthetically pleasing, is functional, and has plenty of space. The bag is great and fits my needs. It fits my 15” work laptop, which was main concern.

worst customer service ever

Have always had great experiences shopping at any and all Bloomingdales locations.. but would not recommend this third-party vendor to anyone. Simply put, Maison de Sabre is terrible. They're essentially unresponsive via email. A customer can wait an hour or so to connect with a customer customer service representative via online chat feature, but you'll likely have better luck talking to yourself in a mirror. I waited hours to use this chat option five separate times and was essentially lied to each time about addressing an issue. Bloomingdales has plenty of pretty bags available through other companies that I am sure don't try to hand-cuff customers in order to make an extra buck.

Stylish, light, well made

I’ve had this tote for a few weeks now and have used it for travel and everyday use. I’m so happy with this purchase! Stylish, light, and well made. I highly recommend it. The only request is to consider offering/selling a separate insert for further organization - a nice to have and not a deal breaker.
