I really wanted to like these pans, but sadly I’m pretty disappointed. I bought three CeramiClad pans and all three chipped within the first month. I purchased the pans protectors and am generally pretty careful. The performance of the pans is fine. I am an avid cook and use the pans everyday. I suppose the pans would be fine for someone who doesn’t cook that much or can tend to them extremely carefully.
