Terrible packaging.

The tea kettle itself is a five star. The packaging was more like a one star. The box came completely crushed and the tea kettle was very poorly packaged. This was supposed to be a gift. Fortunately, I had not direct shipped it to the recipient as it would have been rather embarrassing. Now I have to try to find a box so that I can wrap the item. Bloomingdales, you can do better!

The kettle itself is gorgeous. But since this is a gift, I requested a gift note and receipt when I placed the order. But NO, the kettle just came in without a note or gift receipt. Very disappointed at Bloomingdale's shipping!
