comfortable, but online experience was bad.
not really good experience with Bloomingdale, I received the coat that someone else had returned, because I found receipt in the pocket from previous customers, but I still keep the coat cause I really like it, already twice time ordered from Bloomingdale, disappointed..but the coat is recommendations, so comfortable.hopefully they will do better in the future.

The experience was good. The store was calm and the sales associate was patient, I love this jacket. Living in Chicago during winter can be challenging without the right outerwear. This jacket delivers style, warmth, and overall comfort. It’s true to size to me, I didn’t need to size up. And I still have room for a sweater if I wanted to layer.

Love it so far... they do run a bit small. I would size up if you plan on wearing a thick sweater underneath or hoodie.
