Used towels arrived

I already owned a set of these towels and ordered additional hand towels and washcloths. To my surprise when opening each of their plastic packages an overpowering smell of fabric softener greeted me, plus the colors were extremely faded, fabric rough and the tags not unattached. Shocked that Bloomingdales shipped out 3 used Matouk Nikitas! Very disappointing and now I have to take the time to re-package and ship them back. What happened to quality control?

Obsessed

Soooo pretty!!!! Kind of pricey and I wish they were cheaper so I could buy more, but they are worth the price and wash well.

Poor quality AND irregular!

Ordered two sets (bath, hand, washcloth each set) and washed AND dried before using according to printed instructions (warm water, low heat). All lost shape/sizing and banding shrank. Some areas of print faded. AND these were all clearly irregular: all labels attached to wrong (front) side of print.

Bath rug

We love this bath rug! Purchased to match the towels we bought in several colors, opted for the neutral Champagne color for the floor. Super soft and now have laundered several times, no fading at all. A happy pattern and great purchase, as it is almost as luxurious as the Abyss rugs we have at 3 times the price! Thank you, great sale!

Fun pattern! Not as soft as other Matouk products I’ve purchased

Not Very Durable

First the towels are gorgeous-great color goes with so many wall paint color schemes. But on durability I have to rate them below average-the threads get caught on any type of rings etc and get pulls. And sadly the beautiful color fades very quickly and they become a dingy color. Will not buy again-sadly.
