stark disappointment

I had so much hope for this sweater, loved the colors! when I received this sweater it was the size of maybe a Childs 5 or 6! the material was stiff and hard, it appeared as if someone washed and dried it I cannot believe this was the way this sweater was suppose to look or feel. needless to say at that price I returned it immediately , very very disappointing!!
