Not the Right Dress

I ordered the floral Ralph Lauren dress (hopefully shown online) because that is not what I got. I received a cream tank dress. NOT what I needed. I had been waiting for this dress to decide which dress I was going to choose for my son's wedding.

Bad experience

Horrible experience. I was waiting three weeks for my purchase to arrive. Then I received a wrong item which even doesn’t look similar to what I purchased. I am very disappointed with Bloomingdale’s services lately.
