WHY WOULD YOU DISCONTINUE THIS

This was the best concealer ever. So sad it’s gone. The other lancôme concealers do NOT come close to how good this one was.

Bring it back - crazy decision

I just wanted to add to everyone else's dismay. The product is NOT Poor, but i have given a poor review for taking it away - this was a totally unique product impossible to find anything else that works as well. the reflective shimmer helped with giving the under eyes and skin a glow and the consistency is SPOT on. you only need a small amount to go a long way. i have been using for 16 years and cant believe its gone. tried the one you suggested (Tiente something) its totally different, thick, more of a yellow tinge so totally noticeable on the thin skin under the eyes. begging Lancome to reverse this decision.

Bring back please

I have Asian skin tone and this worked very well for me. Please bring this back. I tried the replacement at a nearby Macys. Doesn’t compare. New one is inferior. Why change something that works?

Perfect

It was the perfect concealer it worked with people with a pink undertone. Everything now is yellow undertone or all this sun screen which changes the color. I am using less of your products.

Lancôme’s Poor Decision Effects Cancer Patients

I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I am you are discontinuing this great product. I was given this through a make-up consultant while going through chemo and have used it ever since- for 12 years! My eyes tear from the chemo still due to scarred tear ducts. I would pay anything to buy this again. Your company’s poor decision to discontinue this concealer will affect many satisfied chemo patients. 🙁

Sad to See a Good Thing Go

I have used this product for 15 years and have yet to find anything that compares. It has excellent color matching and coverage without being heavy or cakey. Your new products do not compare and I will discontinue using Lancome foundations because of this. I will stock up on what I can find and hope you change your mind on this product. Not sure why there always has to be a "New" product. Update the label, use a new ambassador to target your younger consumer, but don't change a good thing. I introduced this to my 13 year old daughter who is concerned about dark circles under her eye. She loves it as well. Too bad your team didn't work harder to make an already successful product relevant with the younger generations.
