Skirt is gorgeous

This skirt is simply gorgeous, the workmanship on the bottom is spectacular However, I bought it to go with what I thought was the matching jacket, and it just overwhelmed the jacket. The pieces need to stand on their own. I don't know if I will keep it, but if I do I know that I will figure out how to wear it to show off it's beauty.
