The pasta roller helps you guide sheets of just-made dough through to the desired thickness. You can then cut the pasta yourself into thick pappardelle noodles or squares for ravioli or run the sheets through the fettuccine or spaghetti cutter for perfectly uniform pasta.

Excellent set of attachments for pasta-lovers

I purchased this set to help make the process of making fresh pasta easier. It's been brilliant. The attachments are easy to use, easy to clean and do a really good job of making fresh pasta that even the kids will eat!

Great and fun to use

We've made pasta a couple of times in the few weeks we've had this and are loving the experience so far. It's intuitive to use and seems to run well. The build quiality feels solid so I think this will last.

Fantastically easy

I had a manual pasta machine, and was eyeing this for a while. This has been the best purchase, the pasta rollers are just so easy to use and use. I make fresh pasta now every Sunday night, and the family just loves fresh pasta dishes.

Fantastic tool

I had another version of a manual pasta roller that you attach to the bench and have had so many issues with it including damaging my kitchen top. In a sale I purchased the KitchenAid pasta roller set and it is incredible!! It is so easy to attach to my stand mixer, it’s smooth, does not rip the dough, allows you to use both your hands to feed and catch the pasta. It’s is fantastic and we now make our own pasta regularly with the kids enjoying it too. The kitchen aid tool has allowed us to eat home made food a lot more.
