Great coffee
The KF8 was the perfect machine for our family. The quiet grinding is incredible and provides the lack of waking up we wanted when the other one of us is asleep. The only issue I have is the coffee is on the smaller side but this is easily rectified by playing with the settings or making a double. A truly incredible machine.

Easy to use - fab coffee
Bought my machine in the Black Friday sales and am so happy. I am not very tech savvy but this machine guides you through every process. It is such a beautiful design it looks amazing on the bench and most importantly makes amazing coffee. It cleans itself prompting you in easy steps. I would highly recommend. It is high quality, solid and offers so many drink options. Brilliant

Happy Purchase
I purchased this device almost a year ago. My spouse and I have used it A LOT. The only problem I have encountered so far is when I used a certain kind of coffee bean that was more oily than others. That particular type of coffee bean would stick to the hopper, and I'd manually have to push it down from time to time. Once I switched to a less oily type of coffee bean, it worked as intended. KitchenAid could implement a different kind of hopper that made better use of gravity, but it's not that big of a deal. Additionally, I will say that I am quite happy with the frothing capability of plant milks. Soy milk does not froth too well, but almond milk has been an excellent low calorie, low carb plant milk to use with this machine. I will say that the price made me hesitant to purchase (it could be priced a little bit less considering all the plastic materials), but overall it has held up exceptionally well and has provided my household with high quality coffee beverages with little to no skill on my part. Overall, I would recommend this product to any coffee lover (that can afford the upfront cost) who wants coffeehouse quality in the convenience of their kitchen.

Simplicity means quality
Bought this as a replacement for our Jura ENA8. Unlike Jura, this machine allows you to pull out the brew unit and clean/wash it. No more moisture build up and moldy coffee grounds in/around the brew unit. Coffee customization is great. Interface is user friendly and easy to learn. I love the simplicity of this machine and the ease of cleaning the parts, including the milk rinse! I can actually make a cappuccino on a busy morning without feeling like it’s a 5 step clean up process. Coffee comes out home and really to drink. Expresso flavor is excellent!
