Used lotion dispenser

I called Bloomingdale’s to order a replacement because the wood part was damaged on the lotion dispenser. However when I received the replacement it was worse than the 1st one, and it was used. there is lotion all over it and the golden part is rusted. 🤦🏻‍♀️
