Floaty skirt

I'm barely 5' 3", so the points skim the ground, I look I like. Ordered the M. Don't really think it needs the string fastening, but I guess it helps for the perfect fit. Nice fabric and design. Will wear with opaque black tights, a long-sleeved black top, and bright jewelry, maybe yellow or fuchsia. Fun purchase!
